Warning : Marijuana is legal only for medical use in Montreal, with a doctor’s permit. SO if you are very very sick and need a quick prescription, here are couple of place where you can find non official pharmacies in montreal.
1 - Place Mont-Royal : (ask any punk for directions they will help you. avoid asking directions to adults they will guide you to teh wrong place)

3 - Ste-Catherine, next to the UQAM (Université du Québec A Montreal)
4 - Laval and St-Eustache: (According to some source, small towns around the city will sell better and cheaper pot! )
Watch out for cops they may ask you your permit.

I will sum it up in one word: “Brr!!”. A deep freeze is sweeping across Canada, with bone-chilling temperatures. Canadians might remember 2008 as the year that was too snowy, cold and accompanied by a lot shoveling, if you have a car. 2009 seems to continue on that trend with extremely cold temperatures and tons of snowfalls.
Forecasts all across Quebec mentions between –30 C to –50 C including the wind chill factor, according to Environment Canada. The frigid conditions are expected to last until the end of the week.
If you are part of the lucky people (i mean, the rich people) who have a home in Florida or are unable to afford a vacation down south, you probably don’t care. For all of the others (including me), I say deal with it. After all, you are in Canada.
